Club Room JMT 10 CD
CLUBROOM IS CURRENTLY UNDER RENOVATION AND CANNOT BE RESERVED AT THIS POINT.
ALL CLUB ACTIVITIES ARE CURRENTLY RELOCATED TO THE JÄMERÄNTAIVAL 11 CD CLUBROOM.A new clubroom will enter service in the first half of October, if the renovations proceed according to schedule They did not, things got complicated, we are trying to get it sorted. We will keep you posted.
Club room is HOAS's room controlled by Otakut in Jämeräntaival 10 CD. Most of the official and planned activity is held here. Spontaneous watching and other evening entertainment is also being held irregularly. Irc-channel's topic usually informs of what's happening in the club room (most often in English).
Room is equipped with kitchen, fridge, computer, video projector, four speakers(+amplifier) and a collection of game consoles.
Room's usage isn't restricted to members of Otakut (even if some activities are restricted to aforementioned members).
Reservation - Not later than Sunday 08:00 of the previous week.

Get your program to our calendar, ergo contact executive committee on our irc (or live at other clubroom events) or send email to the executive committee (otakut-hallitus@list.ayy.fi). New program suggestions and themed evenings are almost always priorized over regular weekly program. - Other program
Fill the room reservation form at otahoas.fi or send mail to hoas-jmt10cd(at)list.ayy.fi. Program cannot be held during silence.
"According to Hoas' rules of order for their premises, silence takes places on weekdays from 22:00 to 06:00 and on weekend and holidays from 23:00 to 08:00."
Clubroom will be opened at the start of reservation and may be inspected at end of reservation. Please be present at the agreed on time, the keyholders who open the door for you are volunteers, and they might have limited time and patience.
